Our council has decided to pursue an formal recruitment process this spring, meaning there will be a mandatory Recruitment 101 followed by Chapter Rotations in a designated location. Recruitment 101 and Chapter Rotations will be held on Sunday, February 2 at 12 p.m. Attendance is required in order to receive a bid during the formal recruitment period. Important dates for you to remember are listed below:

Spring 2025 IFC Recruitment Registration Deadline: January 28 at 11:59 p.m.
Spring 2025 IFC Recruitment 101 & Chapter Rotations (Required): Sunday, February 2 at 12-4 p.m.
Spring 2025 IFC Recruitment Week: February 3-9, 2025

This registration form is to participate in Spring 2025 Interfraternity Council (IFC) Recruitment at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINE:

The IFC Formal Recruitment Fee is $10.00 and must be paid in order to participate in the Spring 2025 IFC Formal Recruitment Process. Your application must be submitted and received by 11:59 PM on January 28, 2025, in order to be eligible to receive a bid from an IFC Fraternity during the Formal Recruitment period. Registrants must also meet all eligibility requirements to join a fraternity by the recruitment registration deadline in order to be eligible to receive a bid during the formal recruitment period.

IFC does not guarantee that by registering for and participating in UTC IFC Recruitment that you are guaranteed to receive a bid.

REGISTRATION FEE:
The cost of participation in Recruitment is $10.  Payment for the registration fee must be submitted online. Your participant fee WILL NOT be reimbursed should you not meet academic or conduct eligibility requirements, be released from the process, if you decide to withdraw or if you do not accept an invitation to join an organization. The application and participant fee must be received no later than at 11:59 pm EST on January 28 in order to be eligible for the Spring 2025 Formal Recruitment Process.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible to participate in the IFC Formal Recruitment Process and to accept a bid from an IFC Fraternity, students must be enrolled, full-time (no less than 12 credits), be in good academic and conduct standing with the University, and have a cumulative High School GPA of a 2.5 (for first-time freshmen) or a cumulative UTC GPA of a 2.5 (if a current or transfer student). Some individual fraternity chapter requirements may be higher than this standard. Students must also have a 2.5 to be initiated into any fraternity on campus per the UTC Student Handbook. Eligibility must be met at the time of the recruitment registration deadline to move forward in the formal recruitment process.
